Saint Home Help ("we," "us") helps Michigan families enroll in the state's Home Help Program. This policy explains what information we collect through sainthomehelp.com and our advertising, how we use it, and how to have it removed.

Information you give us

When you submit a form on our website, or a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, we collect:

Your name
Your phone number
Your email address
Anything you choose to write in an optional message field

We use this only to contact you about home care services and the Home Help Program.

Our eligibility screener does not send us your answers. The three questions about Medicaid, living at home, and help with daily activities are answered in your browser only. Those answers are never transmitted to us, to our advertising partners, or to anyone else. They are used solely to show you a result on the page, and they disappear when you close it. If you contact us, we will ask those questions again by phone.

Information collected automatically

Meta (Facebook) Pixel. We use the Meta Pixel to measure whether our ads are working. It records that a page was viewed and that a form was submitted, along with standard technical details such as page address, browser, and general device information. We do not send your name, phone number, email, health information, or screener answers to Meta.
Hosting and fonts. Our site is hosted by Netlify and loads fonts from Google Fonts. These services may log standard technical request data, such as IP address.

How your information is stored and shared

Contact details you submit are stored in our customer records system (HubSpot) and used by our staff to reach you. Lead forms submitted on Facebook or Instagram are also stored by Meta within our business account.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We may share information only where necessary to:

Assist you with a Home Help Program application, with your knowledge
Comply with the law or a valid legal request

Calls and texts (SMS terms)

By submitting a form on this site, or a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, you agree that Saint Home Help may contact you by phone, text message (SMS), or email about the Michigan Home Help Program and our services.

Message frequency varies — we text only in response to your enquiry and about your application, not on a recurring schedule.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any text to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts.
Reply HELP to any text for help, or call us at 248-266-1977.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile number and your consent to receive text messages are never sold, shared, or transferred to any third party or affiliate for their marketing purposes. Telling us to stop by phone or email works exactly the same as replying STOP, and we will honour it either way.

Your choices

You may ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email sainthomehelp@gmail.com or call 248-266-1977 and we will take care of it.

You can also opt out of personalized advertising through your Meta ad settings, and most browsers allow you to block cookies.

Children

Our website and ads are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Not a government agency

Saint Home Help is a private company and is not part of the State of Michigan. Eligibility and approval for the Home Help Program are determined by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS).

Changes

If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page.
